Shipping & Delivery
All orders are typically fulfilled within 1 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Please check the product shipping notes for up to date information on each product, which takes into account special circumstances such as holidays and/or unexpected delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Depending on where you are in the US the average transit time is 2-4 days but please keep in mind the potential seen in the past 24 months due to covid-19 related issues. with UPS and USPS that are out of our control.
All order will be including FREE 3 day shipping (excludes U.S. Territories).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, a manager will contact you to arrange your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your shopping cart before checking out to be sure it is correct. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel orders. Many are shipped the same business day, and once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
